Orders
An order is accepted when payment succeeds. Standard bottles enter fulfilment; personalised scents remain subject to maker approval.
Refills
The first refill is scheduled after your chosen 4, 6, or 8-week interval. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Before launch
Final registered business details, formal cancellation wording, and contact information must be supplied before publishing.
